MULTIBANCO
Make your payment in any ATM machine. Select "Payment of Services" and follow the instructions. Keep the receipt issued by the machine, as this will serve as proof of payment.

TRANSFER
Should you prefer, you may make your payment by bank transfer, sending the proof of payment to Prosegur by fax to 21 790 99 99 or by email to cobpapt@prosegur.com

CHEQUE
Make your payment by post. Send a cheque payable to Prosegur in a stamped addressed envelope, enclosing your invoice or control slip that is shown on the same.

Prosegur HEADQUARTERS/OFFICES
Should you prefer, you can go to our headquarters and make your payment in cash, cheque or ATM machine.

We are at your disposal from Monday to Thursday during the following hours:

9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm

On Friday we close earlier, so we are available from

9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
